Please fill out the form below to provide us with information about your company. Vendor fee is $75.00 plus $15.00 for each additional person you bring with you. Vendors are also required to donate an item for a raffle at the event.

Vendors will be able to set up a table or booth to display products and services and have access to attendees throughout the day between sessions as well as a dedicated 50 minute vendor session and 40 minute lunch break. Vendors may also consider signing up for a conference session for a more detailed demonstration or hands-on experience.
