2012 SGVCUE Tech Fair Registration Information

Cost of Attending:
Your registration fee includes a delicious continental breakfast and a wonderful lunch.

Early Bird Registration: December 1 -March 25, 2012 Now Closed

  • $40—Members
  • $45—Non-members
Pre-Conference Registration: March 26 -April 30, 2012 Now Closed
Register March 26 to April 30 to take advantage of Pre-conference registration (if mailing your registration it must be postmarked by April 28, 2012) Pre-Conference prices are:
  • $45—Members
  • $5o—Non-members
On-Site Registration: May 1 - May 5
  • $65—On-site registration (at the door or registrations postmarked after April 27)
Group discounts available for groups of five (5) or more individuals from the same school site or district who registered together. Your registrations must be postmarked by April 27 to receive the pre-conference pricing and the group discount.

Registration Information:

Most attendees prefer to register online and then use the Payment Center to pay for the registration. Of course, your payment may also be made by sending a personal check. (See below)

If you prefer not register online, you may download the Registration Form which is an interactive pdf form. Simply fill in the form, save with your name on it. Print and then mail with your check using regular mail to the address below. If you will be doing on-site registration, you may complete the form, print, and bring with you to save time.

Once registered online, your payment can be made using our Payment Center using PayPal or a credit card or sending a personal check to secure your registration. If sending a check, remember all checks much be postmarked by April 27 and received by April 30, 2012 to qualify for the pre-conference prices. After that, your registration will count as an on-site registration. or at the door, your price will be $60.
