Registration Information & Costs
Cost of Attending:
Save money! Take advantage of Early Bird Registration. Register by March 1, 2010 to take advantage of our Early Bird Registration for just $35. Cost of attending includes a continental breakfast and a wonderful lunch. Register on March 2 to April 20 (if mailing your registration it must be postmarked or received by April 20, 2010) prices are:
$40—Members (pre-coference pricing good through April 20, 2009)
$50—Non-members (pre-coference pricing good through April 20, 2009)
If postmarked after April 20, 2009 or at the door, your price will be $60 and will count as on-site registration.
$60—On-site registration (at the door or registrations postmarked after April 20)
Group discounts available for groups of five (5) or more individuals from the same school site or district who registered together. Your registrations must be postmarked by April 20 to receive the pre-conference pricing and the group discount.
Vendors and Exhibitors:
Do you have an educational product or service that you would like to exhibit to teachers and administrators interested in technology? Sign up as a vendor/ exhibitor to get your product in front of potential customers. Vendor fee is $25.00 plus $15.00 for each additional person you bring with you. Vendors are also required to donate an item for a raffle at the event. Vendors will be able to set up a table or booth to display products and services and have access to attendees throughout the day between sessions as well as a dedicated 50 minute vendor session and 40 minute lunch break. Vendors may also consider signing up for a conference session for a more detailed demonstration or hands-on experience. See links above to fill out vendor and speaker registration forms.
Important Dates for Pricing:
- Early Bird Registration: October 9—March 1, 2010
- Pre-Conference Registration: March 2—April 20, 2010
- On-Site Registration: April 21 to day of Tech Fair
Ready to register? Go to the Registration page to complete your registration online; online registration must be completed by April 20. Once registered, send in your check to secure your registration. Remember all checks much be postmarked by April 20 and received by April 24, 2009 to qualify for the pre-conference prices. After that, your registration will count as an on-site registration. or at the door, your price will be $60.
